Brooke Tatnell took his 8th World Series Sprintcars Championship, by virtue of just making the feature lineup on the final night of the series at the Perth Motorplex.

On the back of three feature wins and eleven top 5 finishes, Tatnell won the 14 round series, 34 points ahead of the competition. This just proves not only the driving talent of Brooke, but also the ability of the extremely professional Krikke Motorsports, Toyota Genuine Parts outfit to provide top level equipment every night.

With several Maxwill Racing Engines in there arsenal, Brooke commented "It has certainly been another good year, but I must say this Championship really goes to the Krikke Motorsports team".
"Pete, Shane, Ryan and Shane have given me a great race car and i am lucky that I am driving for the number one team in the country".

Max Dumesny proved he is still one of the toughest competitors in the country, rounding out one of the hardest fought championships in a very strong third place. Driving his Valvoline, Maxwill Racing Engines, Maxim, Max proved not only to be fast, but also a very consistant front runner.

Also proving to still be a force in the sport is American Danny Smith. Taking up driving duties in the Adrad Radiators, Maxwill Racing Engines sprintcar after Trevor Green sustained back injuries, ending his championship hopes. Smith eventually finished the championship just outside of the top 10, after jointing the series in round 4.
