On Saturday night at Adelaide's Speedway City, Mark Reuter drove to a convincing win. With a first corner red light that claimed a few victims including Jamie Cobby and Ian Binding. Reuter started the night in great fashion, winning the opening heat race of round 4 of the track championship, as well as a six place finish in the second heat, earning him pole position for the 30 lap feature.

At the start Reuter, driving his Maxwill Racing Engines powered ROH backed racer, rocketed to the lead. With the field fighting for the minor positions behind him, bringing on a yellow flag with around 10 laps to go.  Even on the restarts, no one had anthing to challenge Reuter with, and he drove to a convincing feature race win.

Justin Sloan, in his Gawler Custom Cabinets, Maxwill Racing Engines, Cool, took a heat race win during the night but had driveline issues in the feature whilst sitting in a promising position. Also throughout the night Jamie Cobby took a Second and Third in his heat races, and was going to be a definite challenger in the feature race, but unfortunately succumber to a DNF due to damage sustained in the first corner incident.

This is a great boost for the Reuter Family, as they have signalled that this is their last year of competiton. WIth this showing of speed the rest of the season is looking promising for the S95.

THe next meeting at Speedway City is the start of the traditional Christmas time Speedweek on December 26.
